Augusta Street Kitchen is a unique specialty foods bakery & caterer. We choose foods for their nutritional value and health benefits.

Curating ingredients and knowing where your food comes from is super important to us. Creation of recipes is the other half of the experience.

Our focus is on unprocessed foods, not a trend or a fad. We believe counting chemicals is much more important than counting calories.

Tim Killilea

Director Of Operations & Co Founder
Tim Killilea took on the role of Chief Supporter of the Founder’s Idea, shortly after moving to the official position of Director of Operations. When Tim is not Directing Operations, he is working as a professional firefighter and volunteering at natural disasters when time allows. Tim believes that small business is very important to a communities’ resiliency. His experience with small business and education has helped him found Impact Resiliency, an organization that seeks to improve resiliency in communities and persons.

Shanel Sinclair

Founder, Owner & Chef
Shanel Sinclair is the Founder of Augusta Street Kitchen. Having multiple food intolerances herself and not satisfied with what the usual offerings that were out there, she began developing recipes that were not only healthier but tasted spectacular, too. When she is not at ASK, she is developing recipes for integrative physicians, consulting on supplement manufacturing and counseling private clients. Shanel loves educating people on eating better. Throughout her entire career working with people, her message has always been about creating changes in your lifestyle that work for you.

It’s quite unbelievable how Augusta Street Kitchens products are devoid of all nature’s common allergens but taste so good! My 15 month old particularly favors the banana bread, yum!

The food is goodness to die for. The banana bread is amazing for a breakfast filler, the Trampolines keep you bouncing all day long and the bombs are chocolatey decadent. I recommend you buy in bulk and freeze it!!!

Amazingly delicious & they use the highest quality ingredients. Some of my favorites are the trampoline cookies, toasted hazelnut chocolate caramels, banana bread, cake bombs, double chocolate cupcakes. The list goes on…I highly recommend them for any event or even just a sweet tooth fix.
